Based on the 5 ways to wellbeing, Connect, Be Active, Take Notice, Keep Learning and Give; ‘MYTime @ Home’ is a programme of activities curated by MYTime and designed by leading experts for Young Carers to do at home.
We saw all the amazing content that is being generated for children and young people as a result of Covid-19 and thought "yes this is great, but is it right for young carers and what they've got going on. Do our young people actually have this much free time on their hands right now?"
These thoughts along with having to cancel days out for our young carers meant we had to do something and we had to do something different!
Our hope is that these videos will give you the opportunity to have a short respite from the caring you are doing.
Anyone can take part but we have designed these bite sized videos just for you.
We hope you enjoy MYTime @ Home, If you have any feedback or would like to get involved please get in touch with us at: firstname.lastname@example.org
